To create volume in you hair try using the palm of your hand in circles. Start that after your hair is about 90 percent dry. Smaller circles will create more lift and larger circles as well as zig zag motion of your hand will relax curl and flatten hair. A Mousse will help give the hair a memory. Once you've created more volume in your hair you will be able to curl your hair or just brush it to finish your style.
